I am writing this letter to complain about dissatisfaction at your airport. I have to go to London from Uzbekistan on 3rd May 2024. My flight number is ABS123 and seat:12 . I missed my flight due to one of your employees. Firstly, I went to the checking in my documents. However, there was a long queue. So, your employee checked a lot of details. Afterwards, when I arrived the checking desk, l have already late for my flight. He checked all information and asked many questions. If he checked faster than that, l was not late for my departure.
This flight is the most vital thing for me. Because of, my study I planned this flight. Next two days, I have an exam. I will have to depart tomorrow.
I would like to worn your every employees. Because of, this situation must not repeat again. I want you to arrange another ticket for next flight or compensate the ticket money.
In my opinion you do not ignore my letter. I look forward to your response to my letter.
