Dear customer service,

I Harpreet Singh from phagwara, had purchased an iphone 16 pro from your online website on 29 Noverber 2025, It had been not a week since, I start using the phone and I facing an issue with the handset. I have been faceing battery problem as well as packaging issue. The product get overheat very quckily and loose battery with in 30 munites of charging. The packaging was not up to matk and has a bed impact on me.

I am very disappointed as I have buy so many products in the past and this is first time happen to me. I have face an issue. The product was used for my professional way, but due to defect, I face inconvenience for the same with i truth in your company, I would like you all to fix his problem as soon as possible or would request you all gor either a refund or full replacement of the handset.

I hope this mistake is not repeated again and allow me to take any futher action.
