I am writing to showing dissatisfaction a laptop, which I brought from your store.
Firstly, I ordered the item from online, when I received the product, I have noticed voice sounded were low levels and not clear.
Moreover, initially I informed your messanger, also I wanted to return back the product with him. However there are some procedures I need to complete the one. I email in your website as well as I called in shop, unfortunately I don not get any response from them, due to this reason at last I contact you.
I would appreciate if you could provide me new laptop instead of this one because I need in an urgent basis I have exam on following weeks, for studying purposes I brought laptop.Additionally, If there will be any extra charge I can pay.
