Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to show my dissatisfaction with the product that I bought online from your website, and would like to request a replacemenet or refund of the item.

Two days ago, I placed an order of earpods from the online page of the company, and it got deliverd today. I am happy about the fact that delivery was fast and efficient; however, my expectations regarding the quality of the product was also high. But, it did not meet my expectations.

There were some faults in the item. Firstly, I ordered the earpods in white colour; whereas, the one I received was in light blue colour. Although, I was fine with the colour, but when I used the earpods I got disappointed. One earpod was working fine, but the other one was not working well. There was distortion in the earpod whenever I was using it. Moreover, the case pack of the item was also not in good condition. There are some cracks on the front side of the case.

I would like to request you to give me the full refund of this faulty item or please send me the new product. It would be really appreciated if your company will take more cautions, and check the product twice before sending it to the customer.
