I am writing to let you know that I have been facing challenges for the last couple of weeks with this second-hand car, which I purchased last month.
My friend referred to your company’s name regarding the best used car, so I decided to buy it. Unfortunately, after using the car for just one month, I have been facing lots of challenges, such as the air conditioner not working properly, making annoying sounds when I start the car, and the break is too hard. I tried to contact your company’s phone number, sent emails, and left so many messages. However, they are not replying to me back and not responding after so many efforts. I am very disappointed with your services after paying plenty of money.
Would you kindly tell your staff members so they can resolve my issues? I request you please take action as soon as possible because this car is my daily necessary need, so I can’t compromise with it.
