I am writing express my profound dissatisfaction, with a used car that I purchased three weeks ago from your dealership. Unfortunately, the vehicle has been giving me various problems despite of it had been certified prior to the purchase.
I am very unhappy to mention that your customer service telephone line was never answered at my numerous efforts. Regrettably, the emails I sent were responder either. it is my greatest dissatisfaction that, your customer care is diametrically opposed to what is being advertised in your esteemed website.
To begin with, the battery fails at every morning to start up. Additionally, unusual shaking of the car when idling is disturbing especially, I commute to work daily through heavy traffic jams. Needless to say, that the heater stopped working five days after the sale giving an unpleasant experience in this cold whether conditions.
In light of this, I request immediate remedial actions. Firstly, a prompted session to fix above mentioned issues free of charge will be highly appreciated. Secondly, a partial reimbursement for a rental for the time of repairs is demanded. Lastly, I would expect your concern on improving the customer service to please customers.
