Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the water supply in my apartment. I just moved to this apartments complex from another unit beside the river recently. My current unit is number 08 which close to the garden area.

This week, I had experienced that water supply in my room stopped for 3 days straight until this day. Although the water flow sometimes back to normal, however it would be stop flowing again at evening. This problem affects my time, since I had to wait until next day if I want to bath in the evening after working. Not only does the water supply waste my time, it also affects my plants since I have to water it.

I would be grateful if you could check the water supply generator, or arrange appointment with local water supply utility workers to check the issue as soon as possible.
