Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing splendidly. The main purpose of writing the letter is to keep you update about your company’s meeting held last month. I have recently managed an all-day meeting for your firm, which took place in a local hotel. With regard to their feedback, participants said that they loved the hotel but unfortunately, they were not happy about the food which was served for lunch.

Firstly, the participants who attended the meeting loved the hotel very much. The customer service was good and the staff was very polite. In addition, the entrance was wonderful which was decorated by interesting paintings to attract visitors.

Secondly,many participants were not satisfied with the chinese food because it was not fresh and having foul smell. The desert was also very sour in taste. As far as some dishes contained high amount of salt which was injurious for health.

Lastly, I should want to aware the manager to make improvements in food by adding the variety of local dishes. After having this initiative, the customers should prefer to visit the hotel again and again.

I hope you will understand my viewpoint and enact them in future for further improvement.
