I am writing this letter to express my staff’s feedback about your hotel. Our company recently held an all-day meeting at your hotel, including lunch and a meeting in the conference room.
According to the questionnaires responded to by our staff, they expressed a sense of enjoyment and comfort in for not only the conference room but also the entire environment at your hotel. However, they also indicated that they were not satisfied with the food you provided for lunch that day. They mentioned that it was not only not tasty but also not fresh. For example, they thought the chicken was too greasy and salty, and the seafood was not fresh at all. Moreover, the desserts were too sweet, and some were even overcooked.
I strongly recommend that your hotel review the cook’s team and the stock system. There must be something wrong, especially with the stock system, considering that the freshness of food plays a vitally significant role in a hotel’s image and reputation.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Amy
