Dear Sir/Madam,
A few days ago, as the manager of the company, I organized a meeting in your hotel in which all the employees participated.
I am pleased to inform you that the participants had a wonderful time in the hotel, and they all mentioned that the staff team were all professional and attentive. They cared about the guests and did their best to meet their needs.
However, the lack of quality and variety of the meal was the major complaints in the guests. They said that there was no option to choose from the menu and only seafood was the option which I believe many people are not very keen on seafood dishes. Besides, they reported that the food tasted bland due to lack of flavours.
Therefore, I would like to provide some feedbacks regarding this matter. I suggest that offering different types of foods would significantly increase the satisfaction of the guests. Also, hiring a more experienced chef will help in delivering a tastier meal to participants.
Overall, on behalf of all my employees, I would like to thank you for the services that you offered us.
