I write to you because I have a problem with my phone that I bought from your online store.
The date of purchase was 31st of December, today is 12th of January, after few weeks of using a mobile device I found a lot of things that were missing in my phone and it doesn’t work properly.
When I tried to use apps like telegram, instagram and whatsapp this throws an error that says “You don’t have access to use these applications because of restricted settings, please contact the manufacturer, thank you.”
I am contacting you now and ask for your help to fix the error.
