Hope my email finds you well, I am trying to reach to customer sservice department, to share my experience regarding the TV that I bought last week, through your repected company online, the thing that I found the product in a very bad condition, one of the side of the television was was letterly broken and damage, which makes me really disapoointed and felling bad, anothe thing is the package which also in a not safe nethier organize, I kindly ask for a replacement of a new one, otherwise I want a refund of money as soon as possibe, to avoid any conviconeces, I attached the pictures of the item.
