Hello dear Mr or ms retailer. I writing to you because my product i bought from your service arrived damaged.
I have maked an order a vase from your store it is was called as “The Best present for your family members” And this position included a good gift wrap with indescribable decorative bow.
When I was coming to take my present from the post office I was so happy. But when i came to home and then discovered that my vase was absolutely broken into pieces, and the gift bow absented. Therefore i was really irritated, i got damage as an emotional as a physical. And i also was obliged to by new vase!
In including i want to say, I purchased a very special present for my grandmother, and that’s meanted to mush for me. I ask you for return my money, cause i don’t need other vase now.
