I am a customer who bought an iPhone 17 at your store last week. At first, the phone worked very well, but after a few days, it started to have some problems. The screen sometimes freezes, and the battery runs out very quickly even when I don’t use it much.
I tried to restart and update the phone, but the problem is still there. I am very disappointed because the phone is new and expensive.
I would like to ask you to check the phone and either repair it or replace it with a new one. I hope you can solve this problem as soon as possible.
