Dear Walmart Customer Service,
I bought an expensive vacuum cleaner from Walmart. I have been using it for two weeks, and I have noticed a defect with it recently.
The main issue with it is that the vacuum cleaner does not pick up the cat fur on the carpet due to loss of suction. When I bought it, I made sure to check the characteristics for the exact same reason because I have two cats at home. I understand that cat fur is challanging to clean for its sticky nature, however loss of suction makes it almost impossible.
I would like either a full refund or service to fix the defect. The best option would be refund because I find it hard to believe that even if it is fixed, it will still pick up cat fur from carpet. I am also aware of the fact that it is an expensive vacuum cleaner, therefore full refund may not be possible.
Thanks,
Tamerlan Latifli
