Dear Principal Miller,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent language course I attended at your esteemed institution. While I had high expectations based on your college’s reputation, my experience fell short of what I anticipated.
Firstly, the course content was not aligned with the promised curriculum. The syllabus indicated an emphasis on conversational skills, yet the majority of the classes concentrated on grammar exercises, which left little room for practical application. For example, during our eight-week program, we only had two sessions dedicated to speaking practice, which was insufficient for a language course.
Additionally, I found the instructor’s approach to be quite rigid. There were limited opportunities for interactive learning, which is essential for language acquisition. Many students, including myself, felt hesitant to participate in discussions or group activities due to the lack of encouragement from the teaching staff.
To enhance the course, I would suggest incorporating more conversational workshops and real-life simulations that foster interaction among students. Furthermore, providing continuous feedback and encouraging a more dynamic teaching style could greatly benefit future learners.
I hope my feedback will be taken constructively and considered for future course iterations. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Yours sincerely,
iram shafiq
