Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue I encountered during my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I was subjected to considerable noise very early in the morning due to a malfunctioning central heating system, which severely disrupted my ability to sleep and rest adequately.

I reported this issue to your staff shortly after it began, and your manager assured me that the problem would be addressed and that I would be contacted regarding compensation for the inconvenience. However, despite the manager’s promise, I have yet to receive any follow-up communication on this matter.

Given the circumstances, I kindly request that the manager follow through on his word and either resolve the heating issue promptly or provide appropriate compensation for the disturbance I experienced during my stay. I trust that you will understand my frustration and will take the necessary actions to rectify this situation.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
