Dear sir or madom

I am writing to express my gratitude you and your staff that is staying at your hotel last month.

Being at your hotel was good chance for our family especially for me because l was arranging to celebrate the birthday of my wife .your staff help me this which they recommend me a special room for birthday party where was very wonderful decorative room had calourful and flying balloons ,all foods were very tasty .your diligent team were friendly.all of them were very fascinating and for my wife was memorable day in her life .

I am very grateful and thanks once again for a enjoyable and memorable stay and l hope my next visit will be the same.
