Dear Sir or Madam,

We recently had a very pleasant stay in your hotel in Kirkcudbright and I am writing to thank you for the fantastic service and hospitality your staff provided to us.

I chose Kirkcudbright due to a recommendation by a friend who had stayed there the previous spring and we chose your hotel due to favourable reviews found on accommodation websites online. As we found when we arrived at your hotel, these positive reviews were certainly not exaggerations in any way. The staff were very polite and helpful, assisting us admirably with our many enquiries about local sights and things to do.

In addition, the information available in the form of brochures and books in the library was incredibly informative. I praise you for the excellent quality of service provided by your hotel and would like to say that I have chosen to write a very favorable review for your website on the prominent accommodation site . I hope to stay again at your hotel in the not too distant future.
