I am writing this letter to show my immense appreciation to you and your staff. I am pleased with the level of customer service, attention to minute details and precision that was put into making my stay a pleasant one.
I had a memorable experience, one i have not had in quite a while i must say. To begin with, the rooms were always tidy, bathroom was spotless and stocked with the neccessary sanitary supplies. The rose petals, scented candles and box of chocolate also added a nice touch; made me feel welcomed and at ease. The pillows and beddings were soft just like that which i have in my own home. That was one of the things that really resonated with me; as it reminded me of home, eased the stress i was going through. To say the least, i had a restful and sound sleep all through my stay.
I could not help myself, i had to write a review of the hotel and the staff on the a website called “Hotel Lableu”. Other tourists just like myself should have the opportunity to be pampered as much as i was, have a feel of home away from home. I look forward to spending more nights to come and bringing my family and friends to your hotel. Thank you once again.
