I am availing your company services for years. Although, I never faced anything wrong but yesterday I booked a ride from your mobile app. Afterwards, I do contact with the driver and ask him to pick me from a selected location. Consequently, he answered me roughly and ended the call. He came at time and ask me to sit in the car loudly. After sitting in the car he asked me where to go I remind him that location is set on your mobile phone. He then started using harsh words and I felt very bad and disappointed.
However, your services are great but you have to provide some ethical classes to your drivers. Additionally, tell them about the tech they are using it will be helpful for your organization. I hope you will make some policy in future regarding to that.
