I am writing to show my dissatisfaction with the food and service which I received in your restaurant. It was our second marriage anniversary, and I planned a surprise dinner for my wife. I thought about your restaurant as it was nearby. However, I made a wrong decision because nothing went in the same way how I planned for her.
I booked a table at rooftop restaurant with a beautiful decoration and flowers bouquet on table. It was annoying experience when I got to know that there is no such table available for us on arrival. My wife was literally crying as she was feeling embarrassed on her special day. When we got a table after half an hour, then the taste of food which we ordered was not authentic. We had to left with bad memories from your restaurant.
It would be great if you could send a personal apology letter to my wife with some flowers and gift card from your restaurant. I know it could not change our experience but it can help to make my wife happy and recreate her day. It would be greatly appreciated if a experience server can help us on that day. I hope you will look into this serious matter. I look forward to your prompt answer.
