Lahore, Pakistan.

Respected Manager;

I; along with my family; visited your cafe, on 9.02.2026 in the afternoon, which was not my first visit, i ordered 3 main courses and 2 starters and 3 drinks. The first problem was when the food came the order was all wrong we received the main courses before the starters and drinks after our food was finished. None of the main courses was upto the mark and despite complaining no one paid attention and when the starters came after the main course was already served and eaten we compained and over the top of all that the staff really misbehaved and did not accept their mistake and the drinks were late too which was very unsettling.

We paid a good amount of money just to experience worst food quality and misbehaviour from the staff. On asking for a feedback form the said they are out of it. As i mentioned in the start this was not my first time visiting this cafe; i really enjoyed my first visit and took my family to experience the same but alas!

I hope you will take some action against this.
