Dear Restaurant Manager
I have visitted and use your service at Bangkok Branches, I am writing this letter to you to complaint about bad service and unpolite from your staffs.
For the details, When I and my wife trying to order some foods, I must shouted loundly to call An employer due to they not give attention on us and when they saw that I was calling them, They tell trainee staff to receieved the orders and when I ordered some menu that’s on the list he said back “I’m not sure we have that menu on the list” and speak some bad word when i heard that i’m feeling bad due to it’s already show on the menu and it’s not my fault.
I would appreciate if you can do any some penalty to these staff and i suggest you to do it as soon as possible due to it may make your restaurant have low rating and bad reviewed on google.
