Dear sir,

I am Mann Patel, a resident of Scarborough community, hereby writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction relating to various problems with the bus service in our area for the period of last 2 weeks.

There have been multiple issues with the service but the ones that are very appalling and affecting me are the extended wait times for buses at the stations and poor cleanliness and hygiene. The times displayed on schedule screens installed at the bus stops are no where close to the time when the bus actually arrives. This significantly disturbs my planning for the day, thus making me late for work multiple times during the working days of the week. Secondly, overcrowding has caused the decline of clean available seats and moped bus floors. I have noticed for the past few weeks that I constantly sneeze after coming home and, this is due to the dusty seat coverings.

As a result of this, I would like to propose a solution that the company should regulate the breaks of drivers and hold them responsible if the bus is late. I also recommend you to kindly install a comments box in every vehicle so that the travelers can express their concerns about the hygiene.
