Band 6+: You should spend about 20 minutes on this task. Last week you were on a flight to London. Unfortunately, when you got off the plane, you left a bag there. You did not remember about the bag until you got to your hotel. Write a letter to the airline. In your letter explain what has happened describe the bag and its contents say what you would like them to do about this problem You should write at least 150 words. You do NOT need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Sharma and my flight no. is F1H527. I am writing in regard to my laptop bag that i left in your plane.

I was flying from Delhi to Mumbai on 24 Feb 2025 for a business meeting. During my flight, I was quite sick and i took a medicine for headache. I fell asleep within few minutes. When i woke up the flighgt was already landed and everyone was leaving the plane. I got panicked and took my handbag from the overhead cabin. i did not realise about my laptop bang until i get at the hotel.

I really need that bag as it has my lapto which has significant confidential information. It is black in color and it has a logo of a loin picture. It has two shot and one long strap. Apart from laptop, it contains charger, a power bank and some office documents.

I would like to request a courier service to drop my bag at my hotel at your earliest convience. I am willing to pay charges for the drop off service.
