Dear Event Organizer,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at a hotel to attend the company meeting.
I recently attended a meeting with the company which took place for 3 days and the event took place near the hotel. I was mostly out busy with meetings and only check in to the room to sleep and refresh for few hours. Things like food wrappers, bed sheets and pillows were was scattered on the floor and there was a lot of mess which was made by the time I came back to the room. Luckily all my things were not stolen but this is still a huge concern for me. I had complained about this to the hotel manager but as this incident took place on my last day of stay, the manager assured this does not happen again and cleaned the room but I am still very skeptical with their behavior.
I am requesting you to immediately notify higher authorities to take necessary action as this could happen to anyone staying in the hotel.
