I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service I have been receiving since subscribing to your online streaming platform three months ago. Despite my initial enthusiasm, I have consistently faced technical problems that have severely affected my viewing experience.
To begin with, the streaming quality is often extremely poor, even though I have a stable high-speed internet connection. Videos frequently buffer, and sometimes the screen freezes completely. In addition, many of the movies I try to watch display an “unavailable in your region” message, even though they were advertised as part of my subscription package.
I have already contacted your customer support team several times through email and live chat. Unfortunately, the responses I received were either automated or unhelpful. On one occasion, I was promised a follow-up within 48 hours, but I never received any further communication.
Given these ongoing issues, I would appreciate it if your company could either fix the technical problems permanently or offer me a partial refund for the months when the service was not functioning properly. I also suggest improving your customer support by providing timely and personalized assistance to subscribers.
