Dear Sir or Madam,

I am Hikmatillo Yoqubov who recently passed your job interview. At the starting of my new job, I have some important events, so let’s solve the problem.

At the beginning of October, I took part in a new job interview for your secretary, and a few days ago, results were announced. According to this, I successfully passed the job interview, and I am very delighted because I was looking for a new profession to earn money.

But I have one problem on the starting day of my job, which is November 22. My single brother is getting married. Immediately after the wedding, my brother will go abroad with his wife, so I need to spend more time with him.

I have a suggestion for you. Let’s move the working day a week to November 22. I agree with you to reduce my salary for my day off.

I think you will follow my suggestion, and I promise not to be absent on any other workday.
