Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to mention an unfortunate incident I experienced at your supermarket on Tuesday, 09th March, in the afternoon. I am one of your regular customers, Ana Kim, residing in Luxuria Avenue opposite the supermarket.
On Tuesday, I visited the mart to shop for groceries and other necessities. However, except the cashier, no employee was around, which was unusual considering the rush hours. Everything was going well, until I walked in the laundry detergent aisle where the supplies were stocked in an unorganized manner. I could not ask staff for help, as no one was available. As I tried to reach for the detergent package on the top shelf, the other packages came stumbling down. Moreover, one of the packets hit me badly on the head. Although it was not a major accident, I did end up with a bad headache throughout the day.
I have been a regular customer at your supermarket for years now. However, for the past few months, I have observed that the staff is usually not present unless they are called for. Furthermore, the products are stored haphazardly, especially in the snacks and laundry aisle. To ensure such incidents are avoided in the future, I suggest you take necessary measures. Firstly, the employees should be easily available for help in the store. Furthermore, the storage system needs to be improved to prevent any untoward accidents.
I sincerely hope you will take my suggestions into consideration to prevent similar accidents.
Yours faithfully,
Ana Kim.
