Dear sir/mam

My name is sor and I am working in your company as assistant manager in a grocery shop which is located kalkaji, Delhi. I am writing this letter to you because you know that last night accident which is happened by myself. The incident was that one lady come to our store at 11 pm and order chicken sausages at that time I am only staff and rest of the staff have leave from there because shift is over at 10 pm but I am working there so I have give them sausages but I forget that the sausages are expired and I have give them and they also take it and after while it come again and shouting in the store you have given me expired item it harm me and if I take it so I get ill and so on. She ask for compassion of 5000 rupees I have told its mistake it’s happened but she doesn’t understand at last I have give them compassion money with company account.

So the respected manager I apologise for my mistake and if you want take any action regarding to me or deduct my salary so I accepted the punishment.

I hope you understand the situation and take soft action regarding to my mistakes
