Dear Boss,

I am writing this email to ask you a favor. I require one week of holidays from 19th to 25th May.

Next month is my mother’s birthay and she going to celebrate in my hometown. I would like can go to La Pampa and help her with the preparatives. Is a significative date for me and my family. Also, is a good moment to visit and spend quality time with my family because it has been a long time without seeing them.

If is necessary, I can to work extra hours to finally all my task. In addittion, I talked with my co-equiper, Micaela, and she could do some daily tasks in this week.

I am going to buy the bus ticket when you authorize me but there are just four places so, if it possible, I need a quickly answer.
