Dear Sir,

I am articulating this epistle in order to get your permission regarding the part-time course, I am getting to enrol in. Therefore, I request you to limit my working hours from next month so that, I would be able to pursue my studies.

As I already mentioned it is a part-time program thus, classes are only for two or three days in a week having 3 hours duration from 3pm-6pm in the evening. Hence, I would be available for work in the morning from 7am to 2pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Even, I would not start early in the morning during these days because I would have to do whatever studied in the class. Resultly, I will go to bed late consequently, not able to start early morning.

I am working as a senior manager in the customer care department of your company and also, this course is about how to sharpen your soft skills.

This would teach me how to deal with customers, understand their problems and communicate with them softly and politely.So, it would be great opportunity for me to enhance knowledge and skills in my field. I want you to give me a consent to join this program.
