Dear Sir/Madam

I just got an email of you about a school trip. I so happy when the head teacher and the schools to invite me join the trip. I totally agree with above suggesstion because i have long time off work and I can join with everyone before i working back. And I aslo want to explore another country with my child and people’s child. Due to there are have many children to join it, so I can aid to teachers take care of kids and look out for them. As i know, the weather that day can rain at 9 am so i prepare umbrellas, raincoat and snacks for children and parents in there. I have a few question. How long does the trip take? I hope the trip last for 2 days because i think parents so busy and they need to get back to work as soon as possible. How much does the trip cost? I’m so excited and looking foward to this trip. I hope to receive a response from you soon.
