Dear members of the team,I invite you to join with us to a team-building weekend.

This meeting is organised by our company and it seems to be held on Saturday at 9 AM.At the beginning we wanted to have it in our company conference room,but then we thought that this event should not be related to work,so we decided to rent a guesthouse near the office.The address you will receive tomorrow on our work chat.

As I said ,this gathering is happening to provide more collaboration and support to each other.We considered it a great idea to have a break from reality and focus on interactive activities like table games and quizzes for improving communication skills and to know each other better.You could bring some fun games or presentations if you are free these days to prepare for it.
