Dear Karen,
I hope your are fine, I’m much excited when we both planned to hang out this Sunday and booked tickets for James Bond movie. I’m writing to inform you of my absence this week, and convey my excuses to you.
I’ve been to my office last week and got to know that I’ve been told to attend a workshop which commences with in two days and lasts for 15 days and later I’m being transferred to Manhattan by the month end to substitute the pending work left by an ex-employee. I’m truly disappointed with this sudden change and I’ve requested my Boss to reconsider the decision and extend my stay here. All my negotiations went vain, as I received my transfer order to relieve and join on Saturday.
I’m thinking to introduce my best friend Mr. Sammy, who is very kind and extremely funny. He’ll make you warm and play basket ball every evening, and of course He’s my childhood friend living here since 2010, acquainted with all the major tourist spots here and He’s is a very good companion. I’ve informed him to join you this Sunday for the cinema.
You’ve been my support and a honest friend. I’m always be in contact with you over phone. I’ll be planning for a holiday every summer for us to meet and celebrate our friendship. I once again conveying my excuses for my absence.
Lots of Love,
Clara.
