Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you regarding a lack of parking facility in our office building.

On daily basis, I waste around 25 minutes in finding space to park my car, because in our are not enough space for parking. Thus, I need to park my car 1 kilometer away in the city center mall. Also, I spend extra money to pay parking fees and walk for 15 minutes to reach the office.

I would like to suggest you to rent parking space or talk with our neighbor companies to allow us to park our vehicles in their parking.

Additionally, parking amenities is important for all employees to save their money as well as time to reach office.
