Nowadays, People who are working on the earth have the point of view that being well paid is much more vital compared to Job gratification. Therefore, Some may assume ample income is essential whereas others presume someone who is interested in one’s job is crucial. In my perspective, based on my personal experiments, I would prefer a big salary is valuable.
There are various reasons for agreeing with my opinion and they are being mentioned in this essay.
What comes up in my mind when I whine about this topic Money is power. Action is louder than speak Which brings more efficiency to employment. In addition, It might force them to take actions which increase job performance. For example: The study of the number of employees and factories in England and Wales from 1851 to 1901 described, in 1881, both countries’ total was staffs were minority; however, there was majority of factories.On the other words, Since they had been well paid ; as a result it might bring more profit.
The next reason I want to mention here is that money makes people happy. It might give more opportunity to develop oneself who want to improve one’s skill or possibly be comfortable. For instance: According to Time magazine as it puts on who works in high salary which might endorse more satisfaction or motivation; additionally, if someone wants to get what they want or travel all over the world without worrying money this in turn can bring them happiness.
To sum up by, Considering all mentioned above, Higher wages lead to increased productivity, satisfaction and well-being so that giant profit is much more beneficial.
