To begin with , there are several causes that effect countries to lack of clean water . First of all, the prominent excuse is climate change which can result to change rainfall water . Rain scarcity can be cause to increase higher evaporation that originates a lack of drinkable water. As a result , around the world , this affects to use the water for people basic needs . Additionally, second serious reason relates to outdated irrigation system. Because it demands a vast amount of water but mostly farmers utilize fresh water to do this . This leads to suffer from increasingly falling of clean water level .

Even though some argument seems quixotic to tackle , there are some measures that can be taken. The obvious solution is to encourage residents to be careful using water. The government should be through different media announcing water recycling such reusing cooking food with water to wash . This could mitigate the reservoirs’ storage rate. Another possible measure is to promote modern way to irrigate such as ingenious ways to reduce their impact using social irrigation techniques to grow that is called more crop per drop . Through this method significantly lower water use compared to traditional flood or furrow irrigation. The goal is to deliver water precisely where and when the plants need it , reducing waste through evaporation run off and deep percolation.

Too sum up , following the above statement although main factors would be clima change and inefficient irrigation, there are some possible measures that can be taken. Therefore , the government and individuals should take action to address them.
