A practice always is better than theory from university’s lectures, because all difficulties of the sphere study can be explored only in real situations. Moreovere, students, who learn how to deal with challenges and hard situations, will get a job more easily due to their ability to prevent similar problems in the future. For example of practice’ s importance, majority of medical university must provide a period of time for students to try to work in hospital, because a doctor’s mistake can be worth someone a life.
Secondly, undergraduate students are able to get new usefull connections and an information about the other side of a future job. It leads to exchange an experience and matching each other, because native and abroad international students frequently improve knowledge by talking different sites about the sphere of their common degree, despite some language problems. Furthermore, open communication with colleagues from a work placement helps to understand truly an interest in a sphere of a future work and readiness to give time to these this type of jobs, because real conditions are told to practicants.
To sum up, giving students an opportunity of studing in another country or making future staff of work is a good idea, because it reduces mistakes in a job after university, improves the quantity of friends from the same degree area, and shows all parths of work.
