People have different views about the changing of relationship between parents and their children. While some argue that children give fewer respect to their parents nowadays, I believe that it is because the existence of general gap and enhancing communication can bring positive effect on society.
On the one hand, there are two reasons why a decline of respect might bring negative impacts to society. First, children’s respect to their parents always reflect to teachers, seniors and others, the social connection will be easily to breakdown. For example, the number of conflicts will increase and support from fellows will drop down. In addition, the family cohesion become weaken, if children do not respect their parents and parents become selfish to offer emotional or physical support to them, which might having negative effect to society.
On the other hand, the decline of respect might resprent a changing of communication model between family members. This kind of families might be open-minded in education and various topics, parents encourage discussion and innovative ideas from kids. Despite the consideration of generation, this helps to improve the critical thinking and problem solving skills of children. Moreover,
