There is a belief that worker should be given no less than 4-week vacation a year, what will give them an opportunity to perform more productively while working. As it helps their body and brain to recover , and I completely agree with this statement.
To begin with, one significant point is that the staff needs rest so that later they will perform successfully and efficiently. When a person has a great amount of time to relax and enjoy the holidays, it benefits them by deminishing the stress from their hard work. For instance, often after weekends workers have more motivation and ready to perform tasks, as well as both the mind and body recover: fatigue decreases, focus improves, stress levels drop, and motivation rises.
Additionally, from my perspective, the most convincing point is that the rest boosts creativity,m and staff’s problem-solving skills. One primary reasons is that when employees take breaks or rest, their brain can process information subconsciously, which leads to new ideas better decisions and more efficient outcomes of their work.
In conclusion, in my view, when employers provide their workers with free time, those in turn will perform better than they’d otherwise, which will benefit not only staff themselves, but also the whole workplace
