In this period of globalization, many people believe that Establishing good relationships in the workplace is not important, as the primary goal of every person is to focus on work. We need each other’s help in the workplace. I strongly disagree with this notion and my opinion will be discussed in further paragraphs with a suitable conclusion.
Supporting my disagreement, I firmly believe that we need to Establish good relationships in the workplace, as the primary goal of every person is to focus on work because in a workplace if we face any problems we need each other’s help. If we have a good relationship then we can solve the problem easily. To cite an example, if anyone faces any problems however he doesn’t understand the problem at this time how can solve this problem? He needs others’ help. Furthermore, if we make a good relationship in the workplace we feel more comfortable in this place.
Explaining another supporting point in favor of my disagreement, it is not true Establishing good relationships in the workplace is not important, because in the workplace we need to learn first, without a good relationship they do not help me. good relations make us a group and after that we can do something better. such as teamwork can do anything easily however it is not easy for a single person.
