When people are allowed to live in a community house, the gap between the rich and the poor would be mitigated, reducing the homelessness rate and enhancing urban landscapes. Moreover, providing free housing can lessen the financial burden on low-income people. Rather than pouring expenses into housing, the underprivileged can allocate those spendings for other basic amenities such as education, fostering literacy and numeracy.
On the other hand, there are other urgent issues that necessitate immediate attention. Firstly, healthcare services need to be more advanced because of its paramoutcytheir paramountcy and effects on human living standards. Due to the fact that state-funded housing requires a huge amount of expenditure for infrastructure and maintenance, policy-makers should invest that budget in improving cutting-edge devices for healthcare with the aim of handling fatal diseases such as cancers or infectious diseases.
