An increasing number of people are concerned about the effect of human beings on plants and animals all over the world. However, whether these actions can not be changed or can be taken to bring about a change has caused a heated debate. This essay will discuss both these points of view and argue in favor of the latter.
On the one hand, it is clear that the public has the greatest impact on the environment and animals. This is because a variety of illegal actions such as hunters exploit rare animals due to their own sake, the household cuts down forest, which enables them to construct buildings. More precisely, such a lot of actions stem from people’s intrinsic characteristics. Thus, it is difficult for citizens to alter these things, since ones helping people can make a profit, despite illegal ways.
On the other hand, what the government takes actions can take effect in some cases. By enacting laws such as: banning poaching species, unreasonable exploitation of trees and so on. If individuals violate the quoted policies, they will be strongly fined. By these ways, the authorities can curtail the negative influence from personal activities. Therefore, the state plays an important role in switching to the actions of inhabitants to improve this phenomenon.
In my view, not only the government but also individuals need to shoulder responsibility for the trend. It is reasonable to hope that every action of them can be changed if federal agents establish effective policies, and people are aware about the wrong thing that they have done.
