It is a popular belief that more manly students enroll in science programs than womanly ones. In this essay, the related reasons will be discussed as well as solutions to these effects for balancing out the numbers.

There are many decisive factors leading to this phenomenon, but the two main reasons are the conceptions of parents about selecting jobs for students and the work preferences in the careers of women. To begin with, the first key reason why male students join mostly science courses in college is parents’ notions. Most guardians think that male learners should major in disciplines that require high specialty like science due to once intelligence being popularly higher than that of women. In contrast, female students ought to choose slight jobs to have more time for taking care of families and children. Moreover, modern women tend to prefer social or art jobs. They can show easily their abilities and the strength of womankind. With the nature of jobs, their beauty is noticed significantly to help them become seductive, which is what each female wishes for.

To address this problem, improving people’s awareness is the most practical solution. The governments in each country should change the outdated thinking of the majority of parents and encourage women for studying science. This not only has possible effects on their ownership but also on society. Besides, universities and colleges need to offer special extra scholarships for females who participate in science courses to attract more women students.

In conclusion, while two key elements are impacting on the imbalance of the number of students between the two genders, there are two main ways to solve partly argument issues.
