Band 6+: In today's fast-paced society, the majority of people feel the sense of frustration at school. What are the problems ? What are the solutions?

In today’s fast-paced society, the majority of people feel the sense of frustration at school. While this can be attributed to a number of classes and getting up early, the problem can be mitigated by increasing the number of breaks and pushing the start time back to maintain the balance between sleep and study.

One significant factor contributing to this phenomenon is an excessive number of school lessons. Poor concentration can be caused by too many classes at school since students tend to study each of them, which can cause in losing an instant gratification and a low attention span by handling all of the responsibilities. This leads to a mental pressure among students, disabling them to gain knowledge. Another significant factor is waking up early, which can be one of the hardest parts of the day as students are concerned. Many students have a propensity to gain knowledge skillfully towards to successful future, which encourage them to dedicate more time to their studies. Additionally, studying can occupy the entire night for students, which can result in a lack of sleep and arriving late for school. Take an example of a typical boy, who has numerous classes and tends to get up early, he becomes frustrated due to lack of sleep and excessive number of classes.

To address these problems, several solutions can be implemented. Firstly, increasing the number of school breaks, which would give students a regular interval, thereby enhancing their overall well-being. During the break, they can recharge their batteries and regain concentration, which enables them to participate effectively in subsequent classes. Another effective solution is pushing the starting time of the school, which can help students to avoid inadequate sleep patterns. Government should consider the time management and thereby the sleep schedule at school.

In conclusion, insufficient sleep has an impact on students, affecting not only their concentration but also their overall well-being. Therefore, implementing measures such as delaying school start times and increasing breaks are quite essential for better performance at schools.
