As a result, technology can cause traditional cultures to fade by breaking down traditional ways of living.
On the other hand, technology can help preserve traditional culture and make it more widely known. In the past, many traditional festivals were only known by local people. However, modern technology allows these events to reach a larger audience. For example, some festivals used to attract only local residents. Thanks to digital platforms such as television programs, online news, Facebook, and livestreaming, people from other areas now know about this festival and come to watch it. As a result, the festival is not only maintained but also becomes more popular. Therefore, technology helps spread traditional culture instead of causing it to disappear.
In conclusion, while technology can threaten traditional cultures in certain situations, their loss is not inevitable. With careful and responsible use, technology and tradition can coexist and support each other in modern society.
