Currently, employees are frequently changing jobs rather than staying employed by a single company. Companies can retain their workers by improving their working hours, increasing the minimum wage, and provision of safety equipment and work safety protocols. In addition, providing their workers with a clear and viable career advancement plan is a tried-and-true method that has been proven in the past by companies to retain much of their workforce in the long term. So, companies need to focus on improving the workplace environment and also show their workers that they can ascend within the company hierarchy if they stay employed and productive.
