While some people argue that guardians have a responsibility to assist pupil with their assignments. Others opine that juvenile should complete it by themselves. I am in favour of latter proposition and will discuss both the views along with my opinion in the subsequent paragraphs.
To begin with, at an early learning stage of kids’ life, Parents need to be engaged more with them in monitoring their skill level and their understanding on subject. It could help them to find out the area of improvement and interest of their child in studies. For example, in academics, if student is not knowledgeable in any of the subject, parents can talk to teacher and they can work on the pain point. Therefore, helping minors in shaping their career.
On the other hand, in the modern world, young ones are quite smart and intellectual. Letting them find their own way to finish the school task can make them more self dependent. Undoubtedly, they would struggle in the beginning but it helps them to face challenges and obstacles in life, which will ultimately leading them towards success. For instance, It is evident that adolescents, who are involved in self studies have more decision making capabilities and have positive attitude. Hence, this will enhance their confidence and learning abilities.
To conclude, taking everything into consideration, Parents have to witness skill of their offspring to identify their area of interest and improvement. Also, giving them freedom to do work on their own will help youngsters to gain confidence. I opine that parents should only give the direction or instruction to their kids and give them opportunity to finding a way to complete their work.
